•  Session details you share (date, location, type of session)

•  Payment information — note that Ackley Photography does not store payment details; transactions are handled directly through third-party apps (Venmo, Zelle, etc.)

•  Photos and any creative direction notes you share in preparation for your session

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government-issued ID numbers.

Information you share is used only to:

•  Respond to your inquiry or confirm your booking

YOUR PHOTOS

Photos taken during your session are delivered to you via a secure online gallery link. Ackley Photography retains copies of your images for portfolio and archival purposes.

As outlined in your Client Agreement, Ackley Photography may use session photos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless you have opted out in writing. If you have questions about a specific image, please reach out directly.

This website is not directed at children under 13. If you are booking a session that involves a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be present and must sign the Client Agreement on the minor's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

•  Ask us to correct or delete your information

•  Opt out of any promotional communications at any time

•  Request that your photos not be used for promotional purposes (see your Client Agreement)
